The Irish Government and the UCD Centre for Humanitarian Action will convene the Irish Humanitarian Summit on the 2nd of July. This Summit, the first of its kind in Ireland, will be addressed by President of Ireland, Michael D. Higgins, Minister for Foreign Affairs & Trade, Charlie Flanagan, and Minister of State, Séan Sherlock. This event will be attended by senoir representatives from UN; NGOs; Higher Educationand Research Institutions; private sectors companies and diaspora networks. The Irish Humanitarian Agenda will inform Ireland`s contribution to the World Humanitarian Summit in Instanbul 2016.
