Dialogue across development research, policy and practice is needed now more than ever.

The world was convulsed by the impacts of COVID-19. As globally we adapted to a global pandemic and the significant challenges that were faced, our members were involved in delivering rapid and innovative responses across academia, policy-making and NGO practitioners working with those communities most vulnerable.

Whilst face to face events and activities were postponed, our work continued through remote working and on-line activities and webinars. As in person activities resure, we continue to provide opportunities for online dialogue. In this way we are committed to ensuring important spaces for critical dialogue can continue to contibrute to local and global reponses during these times that create a new urgency to attend to and review development issues and contexts.
