The Keynote speaker is Dr Michael Flood, an Associate Professor in Sociology at the University of Wollangong and an internationally recognised researcher on men, masculinities, and violence prevention. He has made a significant contribution to scholarly and community understanding of men’s and boys’ involvements in preventing violence against women and building gender equality.
Dr Flood also has had a wide-ranging involvement in education and advocacy related to men, gender, and violence.
