Organised by Christian Aid Ireland, this seminar will cover a global thematic overview of the efforts to address violence and peace building, including inputs from policy-makers and practitioners, and exploring responses from specific contexts such as Syria, Colombia and others, and will conclude a discussion on Irish initiatives in supporting peace building in such contexts. Christian Aid Ireland will launch its new organisational strategy on Tackling Violence and Building Peace as part of this seminar.
